The menus are posted on the walls and a brief encounter recently with some workers informed us that Paseo will open on Tuesday.The bread, the pork, the corn...it is all coming. While I morn the loss of Gordo's there is something reassuring about the fact the building was not torn down for another condominium.
Let's all support Paseo and their new efforts on Shilshole. Opening Tuesday!

I went last night! It was fantastic. What a welcome addition to Shilshole.
